BIO
For nearly four decades Ian has been serving up unique voice characterizations for projects of every genre.
His beginnings were voicing radio and TV commercials and soon found himself working in animated features and series such as the EMMY- winning cuteness of DINOSAUR TRAIN CartoonNetwork’s zany JOHNNY TEST and FAMILY GUY, not to mention co-starring along Tom Hanks in GREYHOUND.
Going further back, Ian originated the iconic English dub voice of GOKU in Dragonball Z as well as voicing other 90’s icons as MEGAMAN and BOB in REBOOT
Most of Ian’s time is spent in front of a microphone, but when he isn’t recording he’swriting, creating several hit series’ including his namesake, BEING IAN which ran for 65 episodes and a movie.
Ian spends his non-working time following professional motorsport and racing his own cars. Ian has a son, daughter and lovely wife. He escaped the rain of Vancouver and is a recent transplant to california.
